• FLTG was the first Cisco partner to install a Cisco 7750 in upstate New York.
• FLTG was also the first partner to receive the new Cisco 7750 upgrade.
• FLTG was the first Cisco partner in the country to use the new Cisco PIX® IOS® 6.2.2 software in an installation of 100 VPNs.
• For the past 12 years, FLTG has maintained videoconferencing in its network.

History:

• The Griswold Family purchased Phelps Mutual Telephone company (est. 1906) in 1920. The name was later changed to the Ontario Telephone Company, Inc.
• The Griswold Family purchased Trumansburg Telephone (est. 1907) in 1926
• The 4th Generation of the Griswold Family manages the day-to-day operations
• Our Telco’s provide services in 4 Counties, and 6 different cities in Upstate, NY
• In 2006, Ontario Telephone installed its first Next Generation Coppercom Softswitch
• In 2007, we will complete the installation of our second, Next Generation Softswitch, in our Trumansburg Telephone Exchange
• The company’s combined operations employ 70 people
